MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down eight indictments in its Dec. 16 session.
Here are the cases:
Joshua Goheen, 38, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification to count one, a felony.
Heather Hagner, 35, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, fourth-degree felony.
Michael Mitchell, 41, of Mount Vernon, strangulation, second-degree felony; domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor.
Jason Moran, 40, of Mount Vernon, grand theft, third-degree felony.
Lawrence Hurst, 60, of Columbus, theft, fifth-degree felony; identify fraud, fourth-degree felony.
Isaac Glancy, 48, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, second-degree misdemeanor.
Cody J.M. Lewis, 31, of Howard, abusing harmful intoxicants, fifth-degree felony; having physical control of vehicle while under the influence, first-degree misdemeanor.
Cody Hunter, of Centerburg, waiver of indictment and pleaded guilty to vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
