Richard Hoeflick, age 78, of Mount Vernon passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the Laurels of Mount Vernon.
He was born on April 20, 1946, in Mount Vernon to the late Alex and Margaret (Stevens) Hoeflick. Richard was a hard worker working two jobs over 25 years. In his free time, he would take his family camping and his son fishing. After he retired, he loved mushroom hunting and would make boats and cars out of wood, he was always working on something.
He is survived by his son Rickie Hoeflick and his brother Earnest Hoeflick.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his son Randy Anders; and his sister Christina Hunt.
