Linda L. Hutchison, age 75, of Mount Vernon, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Ohio Eastern Star Home surrounded by loved ones.
She was born on January 11, 1949, in Mount Vernon to the late Glen and Loretta (Kriner) Priest.
Linda was an avid Steelers fan who loved to have fun and laugh. She was always down for some good chicken wings prepared by her son, Jason! She loved watching her 2 grandsons play sports and was always the loudest in the crowd cheering Landon and Jack on. She was a very loving and caring person who always wanted to know how others were doing. More than anything, she loved her family and always wanted to spend time with them.
Linda is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Darcy Ewers of Mount Vernon; two grandsons, Landon and Jack Ewers; three brothers, David Priest, Don Priest, and John Priest; two sisters, Patty Casto and Connie Mott; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alfred Hutchison; stepson, Chris Hutchison; and a granddaughter, Merrick Ewers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd. in Mount Vernon.
