Ron Carter, age 74, of Centerburg, passed away October 9, 2024 at home.
Retired from CVS Pharmacy. Loved to spend time working on cars and tractors and enjoyed fishing. An avid Buckeye Football and Cleveland Browns fan.
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley; daughters, Michelle Powelson, Tammy Miller and Lori (Jason) Morris; grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Brianne, Lyndsey, Dallas, Ryan, Carmen and Isaiah; great-grandchildren, Karson, Brantlee, Lyncoln, Alaina, Chance, Braylea, Emaleigh, Kingston, Jaxon and Journee; brother, Herb (Lettie) Glass; several nieces , nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Carter, his parents and sister, Diane Lacy.
Friends may call at the Johnson-Melick-Moreland Funeral Home, 49 W. Church Street, Centerburg, Tuesday 11 a.m.-1 p.m. followed by a service at 1 p.m.. Interment Eastview Cemetery.
