Kenneth James Purdy 76, of Mount Vernon passed away on September 20, 2024 at his residence. He was born on August 31, 1948 to John O. and Elsie (Bixer) Purdy in Mansfield, OH.
Kenneth was a US Navy Veteran.
Kenneth is survived by his brother John Purdy of Mansfield, OH and long time friend Roy Strouse of Bluffton, SC.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Sandra Butts Purdy.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 1:00pm at Flowers – Snyder Funeral Home, 619 East High Street, Mount Vernon OH 43050.
