Reagan Marie Rowland, 19 months, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. She was born on January 3, 2023, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of River Rowland and Ashley Stump.
Besides her parents she is survived by her custodial parents Shane and Makayla Rowland, siblings, Rylee Rowland, Rhemi Rowland, Ares McAvoy, Rooster Romine, Emmalyn McAvoy, grandfather, Michael Rowland.
Reagan was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Patricia Stump and Eva (Frank) Stump.
The family will observe private services. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is handling services for the Rowland family.
