  • Kenneth Shira II, of Fredericktown, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, third-degree felony.
  • Stephen Rex Jr., of Fredericktown, felonious assault, second-degree felony; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor.
  • Da’jon Hill, of Cleveland, theft, fifth-degree felony.
  • Austin Hardy, of Danville, felonious assault, second-degree felony.
  • Larry Williamson Jr., of Fredericktown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony.
  • Karraghan Peters, of Mount Vernon, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fourth-degree felony.
