Steven Michael Scott, age 69, of Centerburg passed away at his home on Friday, June 14, 2024, with his loving family at his side.
He was born on December 10, 1954, in Columbus, Ohio to the late George and Lucille (Kessler) Scott. Steven owned and operated his own construction company and also was a farmer. He attended the Covenant Church. He enjoyed restoring old tractors and his 1976 Chevrolet. But most of all he loved the time he spent with his family.
He is survived by his son Wayne (Stacie) Scott; his grandchildren, Taylor (Jake) Beeman, Lexi (Jakob) Cramer, Austin (Jessica Burchinal) Mount; his great grandchildren, Jayce Beeman, Jocelyn Beeman, Sophia Frazee who will miss her “Crampa” very much, and Brantley Cramer; his sister Susan (Gene) Varrasso; and his niece Lisa Varrasso.
In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his wife Trina Scott.
In keeping with Steven’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family will have a celebration of life gathering at the son’s home (2996 Croton Rd. Centerburg, Ohio 43011) on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 5-8PM.
