CENTERBURG — Centerburg High School graduated 92 seniors during its 138th commencement ceremony on May 19, 2024.

Valedictorians Alexander Riegel and Stella Weisbrod urged the graduates to persevere no matter what life might bring.

“Keep pushing in the face of difficulty,” Riegel said. “Go out and run the race.”

Weisbrod noted the students’ journey thus far includes setbacks, but they persevered.

“We are ending one chapter and starting another,” she said. “Even though that may be intimidating, if we remain steadfast, we will ultimately reach our destination.”

The Centerburg High School Concert Choir performed the National Anthem and two special compositions and led the group in singing the Alma Mater.
