10/13/17 – While investigating an incident at a gas station, an intoxicated male, identified as Richard Robb Miller, Utica was arrested and charged with multiple misdemeanors. Those included two charges of criminal damaging and one count of disorderly conduct.

10/14/17 – Officers arrested Shannon N. Firth, unknown address, on an outstanding warrant for aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested at a Harcourt Rd address.

10/14/17 – A complainant reported to the KCSO that a battery was stolen from her Scottyboat aluminum boat. The boat was docked at the Knox Lake Marina at the time of the theft. The complainant reported the theft happened between 9/30/17 and 10/14/17. The complainant requested a report be made for documentation.

10/15/17 – An officer spoke with the complainant/victim who reported that unknown persons removed three yard decorations from her property. The incident occurred sometime between 11:00 P.M. on Oct. 14 and 8:00 A.M. Oct. 15, 2017. She also reported suspicious activity that occurred between Oct. 11 and Oct 13, 2017. The complainant reported she heard someone on her front steps on those dates and they all occurred between 1:30 P.M. and 2:40 P.M. The complainant was advised that a report would be written and that other units would be advised of the incidents.

10/15/17 – The complainant reported that Steven Willet assaulted her at a Martinsburg Rd. address. Willet was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault. He was also held on a bench warrant out of Morrow County for failure to appear for a bond hearing on a charge of obstruction of official business. Willet was transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
