Mar. 13
- Denis J. Auck indicated he was stopped westbound in the parking lot. He checked his mirrors and began to back out eastbound. While backing he observed Dimetry James Woodson pulling up on his right side. Auck attempted to stop but collided with Woodson. Woodson indicated he was stopped eastbound in the parking lot. He began to back eastbound and attempted to back into a parking space to turn around. He stopped as Auck was backing then Auck backed into the right front corner of his vehicle. While on the scene, the officer viewed the surveillance videos but only one camera was functioning and it did not record the area of the incident. As there were no independent witnesses to the incident, the fault could not be determined and no charges were filed.
- Patchena Gurdon was traveling westbound on Coshocton Ave. and struck Richard J. Ketchel, Jr. who was also traveling westbound on Coshocton Ave. but had stopped for traffic.

- At 12:55 P.M. An officer responded to a Newark Rd. business on a shoplifting complaint A written statement and a copy of the surveillance video were taken. The investigation is active and will be updated as it progresses.
- An officer was dispatched to a W. High St. residence on a report of a disturbance. The investigation is active and will be updated as it progresses.

- Jesse Sisson, 26, E. High St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

- Shamiah Ross, 18, Utica, was cited for Operator/chauffeur license required and for not using child restraints.
- Arcus Bustillo, 20, Coshocton, was arrested and charged with possessing marijuana drug paraphernalia.
- Daniel Morris, 32, Upper Gilchrist Rd. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
- David Vics, 52, Galena, was cited for running a stop sign.
- Brian Fowler, 42, Kirk St was arrested for theft.
- Robert Preece, 28, Millersburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Donald Nuce, 63, Gambier Rd, was cited for improper backing a vehicle.
- Richard Bartlett, 56, Sumner MI, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance.
