Crash Reports

  • Jan. 26 – Ruth Yoder was stopped for a red light on Coshocton Ave. at Upper Gilchrist Rd. An unidentified driver was turning right and struck Yoder. The unidentified driver did not stop.
  • Jan. 28 – Douglas E. Fraley was traveling northbound on S. Main St. when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control.

Incident Reports

  • Jan. 26 – An officer responded to a Coshocton Ave. business in reference to a burglary. The officer talked with the complainant who said when he arrived at work that morning he saw that someone had entered the building while it was closed. The suspect removed an LG TV and $120.00 cash from the register. The officer contacted the Detective Division of the MVPD. They responded to the business and processed the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
  • Jan. 26 – At approximately 4:38 P.M. an officer made contact with the complainant at the MVPD. The complainant provided the officer with court documents requesting the MVPD serve a protection order to a male subject.
  • Jan. 28 – An officer was dispatched to a S. Main St. address on a report of a crash. Units were advised a crash had occurred and there were two males seen leaving the area. Officers began searching the area for the two males. One officer encountered a male subject unrelated to the crash. The male was located behind a Parrott St. address with a fire and subsequently found to possess narcotics. A report was made.
  • Jan. 28 – Units were dispatched to a N. Mulberry St. address on a report of a disturbance. Jadriana Fowler was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault.
  • Jan. 28 – At approximately 5:19 P.M. an officer was dispatched to a Coshocton Ave. business on a report of shoplifting. The stolen merchandise included 10 12-packs of Pepsi Cola. The officer also took possession of a surveillance DVD as evidence.

  • Jan. 25 – Lina Tozier, 49, Atlanta, GA, was arrested on an active arrest warrant.
  • Jan. 25 – Misty Naylor, 43, Waynesburg, KY, was arrested and charged with theft.
  • Jan. 26 – Keith Martin, 55, Harcourt Rd., was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
  • Jan. 26 – Stephen Martin, 41, Hillcrest Dr., was cited for speeding.
  • Jan. 26 – Jeffrey Moore, 55, Upper Gilchrist Rd., was cited for driving under suspension/revocation and a missing tail light.
  • Jan. 26 – Mysaiah Bray, 31, Fredericktown, was cited for driving under FRA suspension.
  • Jan. 26 – Raymond Williams, 47, E. Hamtramck St., was cited for driving under FRA suspension and fictitious plates.
  • Jan. 27 – Chad Creech, 45, Johnstown Rd., was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
  • Jan. 27 – Jonathan Shepherd, 30, N. Catherine St., was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
  • Jan. 27 – Lucas Butts, 23, Danville, was cited for expired or unlawful plates.
  • Jan. 27 – Steven Miller, 30, Howard, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was also cited for driving under FRA suspension.
  • Jan. 28 – Jesse Sisson, 26, Glouster, OH, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for possessing marijuana drug paraphernalia.
  • Jan. 28 – Emmett Fraley, 23, Sherwood, MI, was cited for failure to control and for not stopping after a crash.
  • Jan. 28 – Timothy Orndorff, 38, Ash St., was arrested and charged with arson and with possessing drugs.
  • Jan. 28 – Justyn Harris, 29, Wooster Rd., was arrested for theft.
  • Jan. 28 – Sierra Zedaker, 19, E. Vine St., was arrested for criminal trespass.
  • Jan. 28 – Krista Geiger, 27, Martinsburg Rd., was cited for driving under FRA suspension.
