KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

  • The complainant called the KCSO to report someone used his Social Security number to open an electric service account in Licking County.
  • Ronald K. Owens came to the KCSO at approximately 11:00 AM. After confirming his identity dispatch confirmed he had a warrant out of Delaware County for possession of cocaine. Owens was advised of the warrant and of his arrest. He was searched and handcuffed then transported to Columbus Road for a relay with the DCSO.

  • A traffic stop was made on the defendant’s vehicle. The driver admitted to having marijuana on his person. It was seized for destruction at a later date. The defendant was also found to be driving under suspension.
