MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found 34 people guilty after hearings and court trials were conducted this week at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.
These were the cases brought forward by Mount Vernon Law Director P. Robert Broeren Jr.’s Office.
Jan. 8
Brian Radford, 44, of Shreve, was found guilty of aggravated trespass.
Tristan Brady, 22, of Danville, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
Joseph Ramsey, 42, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.
Mary Plummer, 45, of Howard, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
Allen Heimberger, 54, of Loudonville, was found guilty of physical control of motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
William Grohe, 23, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of physical control of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Collin Humphries, 20, of Utica, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after underage alcohol consumption.
Jessica Franz, 49, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Samir Noureddine, 33, of Middleburg Heights, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Taylor Dannemiller, 29, of Winston-Salem, NC, was found guilty of speeding in a school zone.
Matthew Long, 33, of Butler, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.
First Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted all of the cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier.
Jan. 9
Jimmy Folden, 58, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of theft and assault.
Joshua Samson, 32, of Zanesville, was found guilty of passing bad checks and theft.
Patrisha Delarwelle, 38, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of violating a protection order.
Denny Dilldine, 49, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of theft.
Jennifer Veltheims, 39, of Cleveland, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Rayven Davidson, 25, of West Lafayett, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Logan Hart, 22, of Howard, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under a 12-point suspension.
Ariel Kell, 27, of Mansfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.
Brandon Butler, 27, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct persisting.
Jeneal Burrows, 75, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator license and failed to yield to safety vehicle.
Timothy Brown, 56, of Mount Liberty, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates and no operator’s license.
Kaylyn Walls, 28, of Zanesville, was found guilty of speeding.
Christopher Davis, 33, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a fictitious registration and driving under an FRA suspension.
Brayden Donohue, 19, of Alexandria, was found guilty of speeding.
Josiah Campbell, 22, of Heath, was found guilty of speeding.
Melanie Addair, 66, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
First Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted the Delarwelle case and Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted all other cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and Gambier.
Jan. 10
Mitchel Gadd, 27, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension and expired plates.
Robert Schaade, 56, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle in violation of temporary learner’s permit restrictions.
Assistant Law Director Steve Potts prosecuted these cases on behalf of the City of Mount
Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and
Gambier.
Jan. 12
Bradlee Neitzelt, 32, of Danville, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.
Ta Yonna Sykes, 23, of Columbus, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.
Nolin Irwin, 23, of Horsham, PA, was found guilty of a seatbelt violation.
Luke Wenger, 24, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failure to use reasonable control while operating a motor vehicle and a seatbelt violation.
Tasha Church, 42, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding in a school zone.
