MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.
APRIL 10
— A complainant called The Knox County Sheriffs Office to speak to a Deputy about an incident that took place on April 4 involving a dog on the bike path. A report was taken for documentation.
— The complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a vehicle that was abandoned on their property near Scott Road and Fronce Road. The vehicle was towed at the property owner’s request and a report was filed.
APRIL 11
— Complainant came to the Knox County sheriff’s office to report that she had attempted to contact a customer service line and had mistakenly called a fraudulent line. They then used her information to steal money out of her bank accounts. A report was made for documentation.
— The complaint advised someone filed for unemployment benefits in her name.
— Complainant advised that several items were stolen from his son’s apartment in Gambier. A report was made and there are no suspects at this time.
APRIL 12
— Deputies handled a report of an intoxicated female on Coshocton Road.
— The complainant contacted the Sheriffs Office and advised that the suspect is harassing her family and making false reports to emergency services. A report was made for documentation.
