— Justin Robbins, Mount Vernon, complicity to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, third-degree felony.

— Kenneth Johnson, Howard, having weapons under disability, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony.

— Shawn Culler, Mount Vernon, two counts of assault on a peace officer, fourth-degree felonies.

— Jakob Elkins, Mount Vernon, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

— Christopher Haven, Mount Vernon, complicity to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, a third-degree felony; attempted trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree misdemeanor. 

— Samantha Cunningham, Marengo, aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, second-degree felony.

— Katherine Bonnette, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor.

— Steven Thompson, Mount Vernon, failure to comply with order or signal of a police, third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, second-degree felony.

— John Welch, Danville, permitting drug abuse, fifth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felonies.
