— Tyler Ferreira, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
— Daniel Morehouse, Mount Vernon, domestic violence, a third-degree felony; disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.
— Chase Huffman, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
— Christopher Christine, Mount Vernon, failure to provide change of address, a third-degree felony.
