Arrests and Charges:

Daniel Goudy, 26, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on June 25, 2016 for violating a temporary protection order.

Daniel Walton, 23, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on July 22, 2016 for the theft of several bicycles.

Brandy Butcher, 38, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday for theft.

Cassidy Goble, 19, of Fredericktown was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Friday for possession and consumption of alcohol.

Tawni Osterman, 34 of Mount Vernon was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on Friday for possession of heroin.

Hunter Phillips, 22, of Centerburg was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Friday for driving under a suspended license and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Upton, 21, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday for domestic violence.

Joseph Upton, 19, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday for domestic violence and for possession and consumption of alcohol.

Dennis Banbury, 37, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on Sunday fleeing/eluding with a motor vehicle. He was cited also for driving under a suspended license.

Daniel Walton, 23, of Mount Vernon was charged at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Michael McKay, 59, of Mount Vernon was cited at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday (7/26) for failing to control his vehicle.

Bradley Lamb, 31, of Mount Vernon was cited at 5:45 a.m. on Friday for driving under a suspended license and for operating a vehicle with expired or unlawful plates.

Hunter Phillips, 22, of Centerburg was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Friday for driving under a suspended license and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Queen, 21, of Mount Vernon was cited at 8:05 p.m. on Friday for driving under a suspended license.

Johnathan Snyder, 20, of Mount Vernon was cited at 11:05 p.m. on Friday for reckless operation and for operating a motorcycle without a license.

Timothy Krownapple, 39, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday for driving under a suspended license.

Garrett Odell, 19, of Mount Vernon was cited at 6:40 p.m. on Saturday for driving under a suspended license.

Alexander Counts, 25, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:05 a.m. on Sunday for running a stop-sign.

John Lowe, 36, of Mount Vernon was cited at 3:20 a.m. on Sunday for an open container violation.

Emily Adams, 26, of Mount Vernon was cited at 7:20 p.m. on Sunday for operating a vehicle without a license.

Kevin Rice, 18, of Uhrichsville was cited at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday for driving the wrong-way on a one-way street.

Accidents:

At 11:10 a.m. on Friday, Susan L. Snelling backed her 2002 Jeep Cherokee out of a parking space in the CVS parking lot and struck a parked 2009 Ford Focus belonging to Beverly Jane Anderson of Elyria.

At 3:15 p.m. on Friday, Aubrey Brianne Bailey, of Mount Vernon reported that her parked and unoccupied 2014 Chevy Impala was struck by an unknown driver while parked on the 700-block of W. Gambier Street. The other vehicle fled the scene.

Just before 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Leslie E. Gagne, 56, of Columbus was traveling northbound on S. Gay Street in her 2007 Toyota Corolla and slowed down to legally park on the right-side of the street. An unknown driver, who was immediately behind her, rear-ended Gagne’s vehicle and then fled the scene.

Incidents:

At 8:25 a.m. on Friday, officers collected a hypodermic needle found on the 900-block of W. High Street.

At 1:05 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to a report of domestic violence at a residence on the 800-block of E. Vine Street.

At 6:15 p.m. on Friday, an officer responded to a reported disturbance at a residence on the 100-block of E. Hamtramck Street. The scene was deescalated, several individuals vacated the residence, and a hypodermic needle was collected for safe disposal.

At 1:30 p.m. on Friday, a victim reported that someone had stolen a trash container from in front of his residence on the 800-block of W. Vine Street while he was at the store. He requested a police report so he could report the theft to Rumpke’s trash collection service.

At 9:05 a.m. on Saturday, an officer collected for disposal a glass drug-pipe found at the Neff’s supermarket on S. Main Street.
