MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County Grand Jury indicted a Celina man on one count of alleged identity fraud, a third-degree felony.

Robert Candidus, 54, was also indicted on one count of alleged theft, a fourth-degree felony.

According to the indictment, Candidus used the personal information of an individual to try to deprive The Killbuck Savings Company of $9,700 on or around March 5.

The grand jury indicated six other individuals in its April 6 session:

Joseph Z. Fulton, Mount Vernon, aggravated burglary, first-degree felony; criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor; and aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Timothy A. Llewellyn, Mount Vernon, obstructing official business, a first-degree felony.

Misty L. Zolman, Howard, theft from a person in a protected class, fourth-degree felony.

Scott A. Jeffery, Ashley, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies.

Austin L. Johnson, Mount Vernon, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a first-degree misdemeanor; improperly handling firearms in a vehicle, fifth-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Aaron A. Walker, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
