Mary Alice White, 90, of Mount Vernon passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Country Court Nursing Center in Mount Vernon. She was born on July 27, 1935 in Cumerland, Kentucky to the late Roscoe and Nettie (McGill) Oaks.
Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and watching football and Nascar.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Deborah White and Deanna Campbell; her son, David White; grandchildren, Gina Millan, Sarah Rush, Andrea White, Amanda Campbell and Christy Mihal; great grandchildren, Daisy White, Chloe VanSickle, Liam Rush, Alex Hughes, Aubrey Hughes, Gabriel Noe, and Dylan Kern; great great grandchildren, Nora and Phoenix; her former daughter-in-law, Barbara Reddix; and many other loved ones and best friends, Alice Dunn and Miss Kay.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Hollie White on July 11, 1979; and several sisters and brothers.
Mary will be laid to rest beside her husband, Hollie in Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron.
