Fredericktown will induct five new members into its Alumni Hall of Honor on April 17, 2026.

FREDERICKTOWN — The Fredericktown community will induct five distinguished graduates into its Alumni Hall of Honor on Friday, April 17, at 9:15 a.m. at the Fredericktown High School Gymnasium.

The public is welcome to attend.

The Distinguished Alumni Hall of Honor recognizes and honors graduates, living and deceased, who, through their exemplary actions and achievements, reflect positively on Fredericktown Local Schools so that present-day students may identify with their efforts and establish goals for the future.

Larry Overholt

Those inducted must have made significant contributions in their fields of study, career, or through community service.

David Dalrymple, Class of 1958, developed patents fundamental to MRI imaging and helped commercialize MRI technology with General Electric. He helped grow the “Freddies helping Freddies” scholarship fund to more than $750,000.

Kyle Randall

Kyle Randall, Class of 2000, is a team physician for OSU football, professional hockey, and baseball, as well as local sports teams. He is also chair of the Department of Surgery and medical director of Avita Sports Health. Randall has various peer-reviewed publications advancing knowledge in sports medicine.

Luke Perry

Larry Overholt, Class of 1973, has been a missionary to Honduras for over 40 years, where he founded the 4H program and established a vocational agricultural training program. He also founded a study-abroad program in conjunction with various universities.

The late Luke Perry, Class of 1984, starred as Dylan McKay in Beverly Hills 90210, and is known for his work on TV, film, and stage over a 32-year career. Perry was a national spokesperson for organ donation and colorectal cancer screening.

Otho Eyster

Otho Eyster, Class of 1961, was the longest-serving judge in Knox County History. He served as chair of the Ohio Supreme Court’s Board of Commissioners and mentored youth through Big Brothers/Big Sisters for over 20 years.
