MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted 13 individuals during a recent session on charges ranging from alleged aggravated drug possession to vandalism.

The cases are below.

— Christopher L. Starmer, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

— Joy N. Taliaferro, of Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

— Dempsey R. Smith, of Grove City, retaliation, a third-degree felony.

— Aron M. Conkle, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; a forfeiture specification to count one.

— Nicole A. Wheeler, homeless, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

— Vincent M. Pollock, of Mount Vernon, theft, a fifth-degree felony.

— Nancy C. Lester, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

— Carrie K. Cree, of Howard, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

— Tiffany N. Borden, of Danville, vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

— Aron M. Boyd, of Fredericktown, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.

— Maxwell C. Butcher, of Mount Vernon, failure to provide a change of address, a fourth-degree felony.

— Justin A. Burdge, of Walhonding, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.

— John F. Worden, of Ironton, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
