Well-Child Visits
Regular check-ups allow providers to monitor growth, nutrition, physical activity, developmental milestones, and emotional health.
Sick Visits
Timely care is available for common childhood illnesses, minor injuries, and other health concerns.
Immunizations
The medical provider can ensure children are up to date on Ohio-required vaccines, including DTaP/Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Polio, and Varicella. Families can also catch up on missed doses with personalized schedules.
What Families Can Expect
Parents or guardians must accompany their children. Most insurance plans are accepted. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on family income to help keep care affordable. No child is turned away because of an inability to pay.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment please call us at 740-399-8008.
Serving the Community
In 2025, the health centers provided about 28,000 clinic visits at six locations in Mount Vernon and Danville.
These visits included counseling, dental care, and medical care. Our providers take time to listen to families, answer questions, and help caregivers make the best choices for their child’s health.
