Joyce Ann Green, age 84, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Country Court Nursing Home. She was born on February 6, 1941, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, the daughter of Lee and Francis (Flore) Rinard. Joyce was a 1959 graduate of Mount Vernon High School.
Joyce was a member of New Life Nazarene Church. She enjoyed golfing and was an active member of the ladies’ league at Hiawatha Golf Course. She also enjoyed attending her children and grandchildren’s activities over the years. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Cathy) Green, Bradley (Kara) Green, and Sherry (Jon) Edwards, grandchildren, Zach (Katie) Green, Kody (Madison) Green, Abree (Jason) Wolfe, Justin (Caitlyn) Edwards, Josh (Mickey Wood) Edwards, Tony (Amy) Borghese, and Sam (Skyler) Borghese, great grandchildren, Emma, Ellie, and Levi Green, Dawson and Amelia Wolfe, Bodie Green, Beckett Tucker, Beau Edwards, Rosie Lang, Kaylee, Zachary, and Chasen Borghese.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jackie R. Green and a brother, Earl Rinard.
