MOUNT VERNON — The Ohio Eastern Star Home (OES Home) welcomed the holiday season with an early Christmas celebration, treating the elders and their families to a day filled with dining, music, and entertainment.
Harpist Julie Buzzeli provided seasonal dinner music, filling the room with the sounds of the season and adding a holiday ambiance.
The OESH Rockettes performed for the residents following dinner. Their energy and festive routine brought smiles, laughter, and applause.
The event reached its peak when Santa Claus arrived, spreading cheer as he and his elves distributed gifts to every elder.
“This event truly reflects the heart of the Ohio Eastern Star Home—bringing people together to celebrate, connect, and create meaningful memories,” said Michele Engelbach, CEO of the OES Home. “Our staff takes great pride in creating special moments for our residents and their families, especially during the holiday season.”
