James T. Wells, age 66, of Circleville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton.
He was born on September 4, 1959, to Richard and Ianne (White) Wells. James was employed at Columbus Industries, Tool and Die maker, for over 41 years. He was a member of the Pickaway County Sportsman Club and served in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed competitive shooting and bass fishing. But most of all, James enjoyed the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter Wendy (James) Adams; his son David Wells; five grandchildren, Michael Bash, Chase Wells, Aiden Adams, Kylee Wells, Madison Wells; his great-grandchildren, Sophia Bash and Lonnie Merrill; his father Richard Wells; his brother Jeff (Patricia) Wells; and his sister Carolyn (Phillip) Pfingsten.
James was preceded in death by his mother, Ianne (White) Wells.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, beginning at 2:00pm in Bunker Hill Cemetery near Butler, Ohio with Pastor Thom Fowler officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton.
