Betty Ann Tiebout, 88 of Utica passed away on September 30, 2025. She was born on October 2, 1936 in Utica, OH to the late Karl Winfield and Edith Bell (Farmer) Webster.

Betty was a member of the Utica Church of Christ and Eastern Star Glenwood Chapter #303 in Bladensburg. She was owner of Utica Floral Company for many years, following her dad’s retirement from the family business. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.

She is survived by her son, David W. (Trish) Tiebout; daughters, Patty A. (Sean) Blake and Sherrie K. Scarberry; grandchildren, Jodi (Shane) Shaw, Travis (Sandra Barahona) Williams, Jason (Whitney) Scarberry, Jarrod (Katie) Scarberry, Jamie (Jason) Macy, Josh (Ashley) Scarberry, Austin Tiebout and Sydnie Tiebout; great-grandchildren, Mikayla (Nathan Grant) Shaw, Shayna Shaw, Colton, Preston, Cameron, Peyton Williams and Arian Williams-Barahona, Tracy, Yuver and Jordan Barahona, Logan, Maddy and Emma Scarberry, Adi and Ben Scarberry, Bryson and Brantley Macy, Ryleigh and Raylynn Scarberry, Hudson Scarberry, Austin and Grayson Dodd; great-great-grandchildren, Aspyn and Thatcher Greene and Bexley Grant; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” E. Tiebout; daughter, Vicki L. Tiebout; grandson, Nicolas Allen Tiebout; brother, Bob Webster; father-in-law, Frank Tiebout; and mother-in-law, Lucille Wertman.

The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the Utica Church of Christ, 115 N. Central Ave., Utica. Funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday at the church with Pastor Ben McKinstry officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
