MOUNT VERNON — Knox County’s September 2025 property transfers saw four properties eclipse the $1 million mark.
Interestingly, two properties are in Hilliar Township and two are in Howard Township.
For Hilliar, a house in Centerburg sold for $1,100,00, and the Wyandot Gold Course, also in Centerburg, changed hands, selling for $1,350,000.
In Howard, a home on Apple Valley Lake, specifically Lakeview Heights Drive, sold for $1,695,000.
The other $1,000,000+ property in Howard that sold is another house within the Apple Valley Lake community, selling for $1,055,000.
