Lloyd Paul Hinzman, age 88, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at The Laurels of Mount Vernon, Ohio. He was born on March 27, 1937, in Ripley, West Virginia, to the late Clellie and Silvia (Milam) Hinzman.
Paul was a Forman at TRW in Mount Vernon and attended Cornerstone Church in Fredericktown. He loved watching sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Reds. Paul also enjoyed classic cars & bowling, most of all he loved being around his friends and family. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist – Fourth Class in the 1st Medium Tank Battalion 34th Armor.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Hinzman; a son, Paul (Curtis) Hinzman; Travis (Amy) Robison; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his first wife, JoAnn Hinzman; daughters, Brenda Morris and Debbie Rhea; and five sisters.
