5
Regional championships for Danville after the Blue Devils reached the Division VII Final Four last year. Danville has more regional titles than the rest of the Knox County schools combined (four).
1,143
Rushing yards allowed in 15 games by the Danville defense. The Blue Devils surrendered just 76.2 rushing yards per game, tops in the Knox Morrow Athletic Conference.

PLAYERS TO WATCH 💪

CYREN WALLACE
A sophomore running back and defensive back, Wallace had a sensational freshman season. He rushed for 1,004 yards and 14 touchdowns on just 84 carries, averaging a single-season record 12 yards per carry. Defensively, he recorded 80 tackles and picked off a pair of passes.

CARSON PROPER
A senior defensive back, Proper ranked second in the Knox Morrow Athletic Conference with five interceptions to go with 71 tackles.
CRYSTAL BALL 🔮
The Blue Devils stormed to the Region 27 championship last year and there’s no reason to think they won’t be in contention again this year. Danville lost a talented group to graduation that included five All-Ohioans and two of the top defensive players in program history in Caleb Lucas and Josh Byers. A talented core led by sophomore speedster Cyren Wallace should have Danville in KMAC title contention.
