MOUNT VERNON — Duffer’s Restaurant and Pub, 39 N. Main St., Fredericktown, is one of many properties changing hands in July.
Silver Tree Pub LLC sold the building to 5 Pennies Holdings LLC for $290,000.
According to Duffer’s Facebook page, the restaurant will be open Aug. 1 and Aug. 2 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a limited menu.
It will close Aug. 3-10 as it prepares to relaunch a new menu under new ownership.
The eatery plans to reopen Aug. 11 with hours from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
