Kimberly Ann (Blubaugh) Goodrich, 66, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family in her home on May 17, 2025, at her residence. She was born on November 15, 1958, to the late Ronald C. and Ruth N. (McQueen) Blubaugh.
Kim graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1977. She fought cancer for 16 years, everyone knew her as a warrior, even the doctors call her a walking miracle.
Kim loved her crafts almost as much as her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; paternal and maternal grandparents; various aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Goodrich; brothers, Timothy (Margaret) Blubaugh, Jonathan Blubaugh; her children, Matthew (Valerie) Thompson, Larry A. Goodrich, Leah Goodrich, Lucas (Della) Goodrich, Angela Baldwin and Nathan Thompson; grandchildren, Cousins, friends and her very special friend since sixth grade, Carol Dial.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM until the time of a memorial service starting at 1:00 PM at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home; 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio, 43050 with Chaplain Richard Jones officiating.
