Alan P. Ryan, 45, of Big Prairie, possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Courtney A. Crowell, 37, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony.
Jessica L. Brandon, 31, of Mount Vernon, burglary, a second-degree felony.
Jason A. Lake, 37, of Utica, failure to provide change of address, a third-degree felony.
Makayla R. Williamson, 25, of Mount Vernon, burglary, a third-degree felony; violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Ashley J. Smith, 24, of Mount Vernon, obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony.
Bobbi J. McClung, 42, of Mount Vernon, permitting child abuse, a third-degree felony.
Richard L. Miller, 51, of Mount Vernon, two counts of rape, a first-degree felony; pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second-degree felony.
