MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury returned seven indictments on Monday, Feb. 10.
Each case is listed below:
Jade N. Eberhardt, 33, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree felony.
Tara M. Tomlin, 35, of Mansfield, aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.
Charles B. Tate II, 26, no address, vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
Barbara C. Graham, 60, of Mount Vernon, obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony.
Makayla J. Clawson-Harper, 26, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Gregory Deion Parker, 21, of Danville, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor; two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, both fifth-degree felonies; illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items onto grounds of specified government facility, a third-degree felony.
Marcie L. Cantu, 54, of Mansfield, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
