MOUNT VERNON — Three common pleas sentences were handed down in Knox County Common Pleas Court in January.
Below are the cases:
Jordan W. Spearman, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control and serve 180 days in the Knox County Jail with 51 days credited, among other requirements. Spearman was convicted of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.
Cody W. Hunter, of Centerburg, was sentenced to two years of community control and 180 days in the county jail with 35 days credited, to be suspended on the condition that Hunter into and successfully completes the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility Treatment Program, among other requirements. Hunter was convicted of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
In a separate case, Hunter was sentenced to two years of community control and to serve 99 days in the county jail with 99 days credited, among other requirements. Hunter was convicted of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.
Christopher L. Bombardiere, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to a nine-month definite prison term on a theft conviction, a fifth-degree felony. Bombardiere was credit two days toward his sentence. Bombardiere’s sentence will be served concurrently with his other common pleas case where he was sentenced to a 24-month definite prison sentence on a possession of conviction, a third-degree felony. He was credited 150 days toward his sentence.
Nathan Parke, of Utica, was sentenced to one year of community control and to serve 180 days in the county jail with 49 days credited, suspended on the condition that Parke enter into and successfully complete the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility Treatment Program, among other requirements. Parke was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
