MOUNT VERNON — There were 16 people who received sentences in November for felony convictions in Knox County.
Seven people sentenced Nov. 7
Brooklyn Miller, 26, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control on an aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia convictions, among other requirements.
Stephen Nida, 34, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control on a possession of a fentanyl-related compound conviction, among other requirements.
Brittany Wheeler, 33, of Loudonville, was sentenced to two years of community control and serve a 257 jail sentence with 77 days served on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction, among other requirements.
Joseph Heins II, 25, of Pickaway Correctional Institution, was sentenced to two years of community control on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction, among other requirements.
Randall Johnston, 53, of Fredericktown, was sentenced to two years of community control and serve a 59 jail sentence with 56 days served on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction, among other requirements.
Dakota Spurgeon, 20, of Howard, was sentenced to a definite 18-month prison sentence on a failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer conviction. Spurgeon was credited 79 days toward his sentence.
Jessie Schorr, 32, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control and serve a 60-day jail sentence with 30 days served on an attempt conviction, among other requirements.
Five people sentenced on Nov. 14
Albert Rutter Jr., 54, of Roseville, was sentenced to one year of community control on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction, among other requirements.
Everett Baughman, 40, of Martinsburg, was sentenced to a 24-month definite prison sentence on having weapons while under disability conviction. Baughman was given 247 days served toward his sentence.
Walter Hogue, 66, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to a 60-month indefinite prison sentence on gross sexual imposition conviction. Hogue was credited 45 days toward his sentence. Hogue is determined to be a tier III sex offender/child-victim offender registrant.
Danielle Durrett, 35, of Dallas, GA, was sentenced to a 30-month definite prison sentence on a possession of a fentanyl-related compound conviction. Durrett must serve the sentence consecutively with the 18-month definite prison sentence imposed in Knox County Common Pleas Court case No. 22CR09-0194. Durrett was credited 216 days toward her sentence and 176 days in the 22CR09-0194 case.
Lee Ehrike, 45, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control, serve a 30-day jail sentence a criminal trespass conviction, serve a 180-day jail sentence with credit for 38 days on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction–suspended if Ehrike successfully completes Thye Mended Reeds Residential Treatment Program, among other requirements.
Four sentenced on Nov. 27
Randy Lister, 43, of Crestline, was sentenced to two years of community control, among other requirements, on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction.
Tracy Seavolt, 35, of Marengo, was sentenced to two years of community control, among other requirements, on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction.
Teasha Sprague, 35, of Sandusky, was sentenced to two years of community control, among other requirements, on an aggravated possession of drugs and possession of psilocyn convictions.
Charles Erwin, 40, of Roseville, was sentenced to one year of community control on an operating a vehicle under the influence conviction and three years on an attempted conviction, to be served concurrently.
