MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down 10 indictments in its Dec. 2 session.
Here were the cases:
Clinton Spires, 33, of Mount Vernon, failure to provide change of address, fourth-degree felony.
Kelly Hostetler, 33, doesn’t have an address, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; endangering children, first-degree misdemeanor; receiving stolen property, first-degree misdemeanor.
Jordan Spearman, 42, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, fourth-degree misdemeanor; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor; two harassment with bodily substance counts, both fifth-degree felonies.
Cole Deters, 22, of Wooster, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; tampering with coin machines, fifth-degree felony; theft, first-degree misdemeanor; receiving stolen property, first-degree misdemeanor.
Mackenzie Weber, 30, of Mount Vernon, having weapons while under disability, third-degree felony.
Steven Rainer, 38, of Mount Vernon, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, fourth-degree felony; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree, misdemeanor.
Christian Francis, 29, of Gambier, three counts of theft, all fifth-degree felonies.
Austin Stiltner, 23, of Howard, strangulation, third-degree felony; domestic violence, first-degree misdemeanor.
Roger Jeffers II, 47, of Etna, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree misdemeanor; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count two, a felony.
Isaac Lagray, 23, of Barberton, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, third-degree felony.
