  • Jonathan Hamman, of Mount Vernon, rape, first-degree felony; sexual battery, third-degree felony.
  • Steven Cole, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
  • Michael Crider, of Mount Vernon, aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony.
  • Ila Lester-Garris, of Mount Vernon, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies.
  • Vauna Stoutenburgh, of Mount Vernon, trespass in a habitation when a person is present, fourth-degree felony.
