MOUNT VERNON — The Board of Directors of the United Way of Knox County announces with regret the resignation of Lori Jones-Perkins from her position as executive director.
Her resignation is effective May 17.
Jones-Perkins has been an invaluable asset to the organization, leading with passion and dedication since her tenure began.
During her time with United Way, Jones-Perkins has played a pivotal role in advancing its mission and establishing a solid foundation for future growth and impact. Her commitment to enhancing the United Way of Knox County brand and fostering key relationships has significantly contributed to the betterment of the community.
The board expresses its sincere gratitude to Lori for her outstanding leadership and extends its best wishes to her in her future endeavors.
