MOUNT VERNON – Mount Vernon Municipal Court Judge John Thatcher found 22 people guilty after hearings were conducted this week at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.

These were the cases brought forward by Mount Vernon Law Director P. Robert Broeren Jr.’s Office.

Nov. 27

Chadwick Wolfe, 22, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.

Julian Highman, 36, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failure to disclose personal information.

First Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney prosecuted the cases on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon.

Nov. 28

Nathan Fletcher, 24, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft.

Richard Hill, 44, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft.

Daniel Goudy, 34, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possessing drug abuse instruments and criminal trespassing.

Sidney Cornell, 47, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Ethen Friend, 25, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of criminal trespassing.

James Ervin, 57, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of failure to confine animal.

Michael Miller, 40, of Columbus, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.

Richard Williamson, 29, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension, operating a motor vehicle without an operator’s license, and failure to yield right-of-way.

Loyal Frost, 19, of Danville, was found guilty of speeding.

Caleb Vernon, 38, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under suspension.

Ryan Shaffer, 33, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under an FRA suspension.

Sydney Gaskill, 23, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.

Vernon, the State of Ohio, and the Villages of Centerburg, Danville, Fredericktown and
Gambier.

Nov. 29

Herbert Bare, 40, of Newark, was found guilty of possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of marijuana.

Ryan Karr, 40, of Johnstown, was found guilty of speeding.

Ryan Mason, 18, of Norristown, PA, was found guilty of speeding.

Dec. 1

Jayden Dewyze, 18, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of a misdemeanor theft.

Lucas Wood, 20, of Danville, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without an
operator’s license.

Mary Meier, 74, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding in school zone.

Roseann Wozniak, 65, of Granville, was found guilty of speeding.

Cheryl Slone, 61, of New Albany, was found guilty of speeding.
