Merri Anne Schultz, age 61, of Frazeysburg, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.
She was born on October 27, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio to Albert and Patricia (Evans) Abrams.
Merri Anne is remembered and cherished for her relentless optimism, her extraordinary kindness, her inextinguishable sense of humor, and her unhindered devotion to Jesus Christ. Those who knew her are permanently changed by her love.
Merri Anne is survived by her husband, William Schultz, two sons, Phillip (Devon) Schultz and Gregory Schultz, two daughters, Leslie (Masen) Gilbert and Halle (Tyler) Johnson, her parents, five grandchildren, Grayson, Peyton, Zander, Luke and Jase, along with two brothers, Robert (Cathy) Abrams and Jon Abrams, and the countless others whom she loved like her own.
A celebration of life service will be Saturday, September 23, 2023, – 11:00 AM at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon. A reception will follow the service in the funeral home’s community room.
