MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.

JUNE 25

— Deputies were dispatched to the 20000 block of Lower Fred-Amity Road in reference to drugs being located by an individual. Upon arrival, Deputies confiscated the drugs in question, to be a destroyed at a later date. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

— Knox County Deputies responded to Rescare in Centerburg in reference to a fight. The deputies were able to resolve the issue. A report was filed.

— Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of E South St in Danville, in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and a search was initiated for the missing juvenile. Deputies were able to locate the missing juvenile. The juvenile was returned home safely, and a report was taken for documentation purposes.

JUNE 27

— The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was contacted in reference to a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was located and taken back to her home. A report was taken to be sent to the juvenile court for review.

— A deputy with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office spoke with a victim of identity fraud on Upper Fredericktown Road. A report was completed for documentation.

— A complainant came to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that she lost her 50-year-old 1/8-carat diamond wedding ring at the parking lot of the Kokosing Gap Trail on Laymon Road. A deputy made contact with her and she advised that she wanted a report for documentation in case someone turned it in at the Sheriff’s Office.

— A deputy was dispatched to a theft on Wells Road and the victim/complainant was on the phone. Dispatch advised that the victim wanted to report a firearm stolen. The deputy had dispatch transfer the complainant to his phone.

— A deputy was dispatched to a fraud complaint on Kingsway Circle but the victim/complainant was at the sheriff’s office. Dispatch advised that the victim/complainant was scammed on line using Venmo. A deputy responded to the sheriff’s office and made contact with the victim.

— Caller reported a client of hers had been talking to people on line and gave out personal information. Money had been taken out of victim’s account. A report is being done for documentation.

JUNE 28

— Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance on Crestmonte Dr. in Apple Valley. Deputies arrived on scene and investigated the incident. A report was generated for documentation.
