MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Teen Advisory Council (TAC) has announced the winners of its annual middle and high school photo contest.
The purpose of the photo contest was to help create a voice for Knox County students and to encourage critical dialogue about important issues that impact Knox County and its residents. The photo contest allowed students to identify, explore and promote their community.
