MANSFIELD — Four fugitives, one of them a Mount Vernon sex offender, are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.

  • Scott Lyons, 36, is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Officials say he is wanted for failure to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to the Mount Vernon area.

  • Kenneth Crenshaw, 31, is 5-foot-8, 162 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for failure to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to the Willoughby and Cleveland areas.

  • Dylan Reed, 22, is 5-foot-6, 120 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. Officials say he is wanted for aggravated trafficking in drugs. Reed has ties to the Mansfield area.

  • Marvin Powell, 47, is 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for fail to Register as Sex Offender and a Parole Violation on a Rape Charge. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
