MOUNT VERNON — Main Street Mount Vernon and Mount Vernon’s downtown businesses are inviting customers to shop local this holiday season.
After enjoying Thanksgiving weekend, shoppers can get a great start on their Christmas lists from Nov. 26 through Dec. 8, Monday through Saturday until 6 p.m.
For the slightly last-minute shoppers, our local businesses are here for you! From Dec. 10 through Dec. 22, Monday through Saturday, Mount Vernon’s downtown businesses will be open until 8 p.m. to ensure you find that perfect gift that you need after grabbing a dinner downtown.
“Downtown merchants are excited to offer extended hours to holiday shoppers beginning Dec. 10,” said Marsha Ernst, Manager and Founder of Kudos Artist Co-op. “Kudos’ 23 local artists will have amazing handmade gifts available.”
Please note that Sunday hours and Christmas Eve hours will vary from business to business.
