KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

  • The complainant advised James D. Stone was at the Knox County Jail visiting an inmate. It was determined Stone had an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested for the warranted and turned over to jail staff.
  • The complainant advised his friend saw his daughter, Haley Nicole Bower walking down the road. The complainant said his friend picked her up and stated she was not acting normally and needed to be checked out. A squad was dispatched to check out Bower and cleared her at the scene. Bower was arrested for a probation violation, however, and was taken to the Knox County Jail.
