MOUNT VERNON – City Council will honor Dee Wood for 14 years of service to the City of Mount Vernon tonight. Ms. Wood has served the last several years in the office of the Safety-Service Director.
Council members will receive an update on the Meadow Ridge Apartment low income housing complex and will discuss fair housing laws.
A discussion of tax exemptions for purposes of economic development is also on the agenda.
