Arrests:
Dana E. Elad, 27, of Gambier was cited at around 2:30 a.m. on Monday for driving a vehicle with expired registration tags.
Jonathan Nash, 19, of Mount Vernon was charged at 12:50 a.m. on Monday for aiding and abetting a juvenile curfew violation.
William J. Grunder, 49, of Medina was cited at around 5:00 a.m. on Monday for driving under a suspended license and for driving with a disregard for public safety. Â
Daphne A. Bowen, 25, of Howard was cited just after 9:00 a.m. on Monday for speeding (40 in a 25 mph zone).
Wade A. Ferrell, 33, of Mount Vernon was cited just before 5:30 p.m. on Monday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Jeremiah W. Mason, 31, of Mount Vernon was charged just after 3:00 a.m. on Monday with criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Â
Ryan Jay Wilkinson, 28, of Mount Vernon was cited at around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday for improper backing.
Rachel Hays, 30, of Mount Vernon was charged at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday with disorderly conduct at Banana Joe’s.

Just after midnight on Monday, officers responded to a domestic violence complaint at a residence on the 800-block of E. Vine Street. Â Suspects were identified.
At around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, a victim reported that five garden gnomes were stolen from her residence on the 300-block of Kimberly Drive. Â The gnomes have a combined estimated value of $400.00.
Just before 10:00 p.m. on Monday, a complainant reported a disturbance at a residence on the 700-block of E. Pleasant Street. Â A suspect was charged with disorderly conduct.
