Returns and Refunds

Return of physical items

You have 30 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of a returned item.

Refunds on physical items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Membership cancellations and refunds

Paid memberships may be cancelled at any time and for any reason.

Knox Pages will refund a pro-rated amount to the cancelling member based upon the remaining days of their membership. For example, if a member bought an annual membership for $365 and cancelled with one hundred days remaining, the member would receive a refund of $100.00.

Refunds will be applied to the original source of payment. Cash / check refunds are only available to cash / check purchasers.
