MOUNT VERNON -- Municipal Court Judge John Thatcher found 29 people guilty after trials, hearings and arraignments were conducted this week.

-- Ashley Hudgel, 29 of Mount Gilead, was found guilty of Theft. The Court sentenced her to serve 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended, and placed her on two years of probation with the following conditions: attend and complete the Court’s Social Responsibility Clinic and complete 20 hours of community service.

-- Dale Byers, 54 of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Menacing. The Court sentenced him to pay a $150 fine, serve 30 days in jail, with all time suspended, and placed him on two years of probation with the following condition: complete the Mount Vernon Municipal Court’s Hands Down program.

-- William Boeshart, 63 of Danville, was found guilty of Having Physical Control Over a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. The Court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days, with 177 days suspended, and placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program.

-- Zachary Elkins, 31 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. The Court sentenced him to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days, with 177 days suspended, placed him on two years of community control with the following condition: attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended his operator’s license for one year.

-- William Kidd, 40 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Petty Theft. The Court sentenced him to serve 15 days in jail.

-- Scott Williams, 44 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Aggravated Menacing. The Court sentenced him to pay a $150 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with all time suspended, and placed him on two years of probation.

-- Brayden Freman, 19 of Bellville, was found guilty of Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Improper Passing. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine, serve 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended, and placed him on two years of probation.

-- Dana Edmonds, 40 of Mansfield, was found guilty of Domestic Violence. He will be sentenced on August 12, 2019.

-- Stephen Wells, 32 of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Having Physical Control Over a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. He will be sentenced on September 9, 2019.

-- Steven Ickes, 59 of Canton, was found guilty of Menacing by Stalking. He will be sentenced on September 9, 2019 following a pre-sentence investigation.

-- Stephen Reichard, 31 of Bucyrus, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and Not Wearing a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced him to pay a $250 fine for the DUS charge and a $30 fine for Not Wearing a Seatbelt.

-- Andrea Stenger, 40 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Having an Open Container of Alcohol in a Public Place. The Court sentenced her to pay a $25 fine.

-- Jason Whitt, 20 of Marengo, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle with Fictitious Plates. The Court sentenced him to pay a $75 fine.

-- Lazenda Villareal, 51 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and a Turn Signal violation. The Court sentenced her to pay a $250 fine for the DUS charge and a $25 for the Turn Signal violation.

-- Samantha Cunningham, 26 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension. The Court sentenced her to pay a $300 fine.

-- Audrianna Clupper, 23 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The Court sentenced her to serve five days in jail.

-- Skylar Marshall, 21 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. The Court sentenced her to pay a $500 fine, serve 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended, placed her on two years of community control with the following condition: attend and complete a 72-hour driver intervention program, and suspended her operator’s license for one year.

-- Carli Brown, 27 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct/Persisting. The Court sentenced her to serve 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended, and placed her on one year of probation.

-- Drew Arman, 19 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Complicity to Theft. The Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation prior to sentencing.

-- Gary Upchurch, 33 of Howard, was found guilty of Domestic Violence. The Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation prior to sentencing.

-- Carley Ash, 27 of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct/Persisting. The Court sentenced her to serve one day in jail.

-- Joshua Bias, 41 of Centerburg, was found guilty of Driving Under a 12-Point Suspension. The Court sentenced him to serve seven days in jail.

-- Jennifer Kolasky, 41 of Danville, was found guilty of Driving Under Suspension. The Court sentenced her to pay a $200 fine.

-- Carl Pope, 59 of Metamora, Ohio, was found guilty of Driving Under Suspension. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

-- Mitchell Billman, 36 of Galion, was found guilty of Obstructing Official Business. The Court sentenced him to pay Court costs only and received credit for time in jail.

-- Amy J. Spearman, 39 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Failure To Yield and Possession of Marijuana. The Court sentenced her to pay a $25 fine for the failing to yield charge and a $150 fine for possession of marijuana and suspended her operator’s license for six months.

-- Alexander F. Blain, 25 of Columbus, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and No License Plate Displayed on a Motor Vehicle. The Court sentenced him to pay a $300 fine for driving under suspension.

-- Delaney R. Snyder, 21 of Marengo, was found guilty of Failing to Stop and Yield at a Stop Sign. The Court sentenced her to pay a $45 fine.

-- Angela M. Baldwin, 30 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under an FRA Suspension and Speeding. The Court sentenced her to pay a $250 fine for driving under suspension and a $25 fine for the speeding charge.

-- Nella K. Porteus, 41 of Cardington, was found guilty of Driving Under Suspension. The Court sentenced her to pay a $200 fine.
